This week the duo also investigate why monogamy has become so embedded in American culture, when it is not as common of a practice in other countries and societies. As 2014 winds down, we now look forward to 2015, and begin a search for ways that our community can began to improve its current situation. Ironically, it may be the "Four Horsemen" made up of Lebron James, along with lifelong friends Maverick Carter, Randy Mims, and Rich Paul that could be providing the blueprint for community empowerment. In this final episode of 2014, the guys talk about how Lebron's decision to return to Cleveland was bigger than basketball, why politicians and leaders are working for themselves and not the people, and how athletes and entertainers may be the next leaders who will push the culture forward. In lieu of the upcoming Selma movie, the guys, along with special guest, discuss some of the Alabama city's less known history, important figures and moments of the 1965 Civil Rights Movement, and the current status of the city compared to how things were 50 years ago.

America has a race problem. In its many forms, racism has been a cancer in American society, breeding the disenfranchisement of many from the natural privileges granted to all citizens, solely based on skin color. But at closer glance, is it really race alone that has divided this country for generations, or is there another significant barrier that separates us more than we know?

Since the early 1900s, Greek Letter Societies of the National Pan Hellenic Council have been key contributors to African-American culture. From Langston Hughes to Dr. Martin Luther King, some of the world's most brilliant minds and influential leaders have made claim on one of these nine great organizations. As we look at the current social climate and projections for the future, it should be asked what roles these organizations will play in propelling the African-American community and the country forward. Will their present and future impact mirror the accomplishments of the past, or will their prominence fade with time?

Since the announcement that Officer Darren Wilson would not be indicted for the killing of Michael Brown, the top has been blown off of the city of Ferguson, Missouri. The 24-hour news cycle, along with non-stop expert analysis and images of frustration and protest, has embedded itself into the daily lives of people across the globe, as America is once again forced to answer questions that pertain to the fundamental rights of its citizens. In this special Thanksgiving Day episode, the guys, along with special guests, discuss initial reactions to the indictment decision, President Obama's stance in the midst of this turmoil, and the effectiveness of a proposed "Black Friday" boycott as a display of economic solidarity within the African-American community.

Are we living reality or are we living at the mercy of conspiracies formulated by a few? What's your theory?

Politics in America are reaching a feverish pitch. One of the most effective presidents in U.S. history is dealing with low approval ratings, numerous politicians are going to jail for corruption and misappropriation of funds, and the American public seems to be losing interest in the electoral process. Considering these factors, is our democracy, made of, by, and for the people, the same today as it was at the time of America's inception?

It's safe to say, that for the most part, men are drawn to women leading purpose-filled lives, as seen in their dreams, aspirations, and goals.  It can also be said that a large majority of men want to be with a woman who is holding her own professionally and economically. BUT, many men are finding out that dating a career-driven woman can have its share of challenges, as observed in common complaints like, "she never has time to do anything", "she brings all of her work issues home", and "she bosses me around like I'm an employee". What is a man to do? Was Women's Liberation man's worst enemy? Or should professional women do a better job separating career from home?
