Ironically, it may be the "Four Horsemen" made up of Lebron James, along with lifelong friends Maverick Carter, Randy Mims, and Rich Paul that could be providing the blueprint for community empowerment. In this final episode of 2014, the guys talk about how Lebron's decision to return to Cleveland was bigger than basketball, why politicians and leaders are working for themselves and not the people, and how athletes and entertainers may be the next leaders who will push the culture forward. From Langston Hughes to Dr. Martin Luther King, some of the world's most brilliant minds and influential leaders have made claim on one of these nine great organizations. As we look at the current social climate and projections for the future, it should be asked what roles these organizations will play in propelling the African-American community and the country forward. Will their present and future impact mirror the accomplishments of the past, or will their prominence fade with time?
